6TELECOM HAS ACHIEVED SAPPHIRE PARTNER STATUS RECOGNIZING BOTH VOLUME AND EXCELLENCE
6Telecom, a leading provider of advanced business communications solutions and services, has announced, today, achieving the Sapphire Business Partner level from Avaya, a world leader in collaboration and communication, and leading manufacturer.
The Avaya Sapphire Partner level (formerly called Gold) is assigned based on many standards allowing partners to differentiate themselves from one another.
Avaya evaluates the status of partners on the basis of the sales team’s training and evaluations, the technical team’s training and evaluations, the range of products sold, the annual volume of purchase and also surveys of the end customers installed and served by the Avaya business partner. 6Telecom has satisfied all these prerequisites of the program, and surpassing them by now offering products like Wi-Fi access points, network switches, videoconferencing units and telephony of course.
