Talkdesks offers a range of certification courses, and maintains a huge library of resources all completely free and available online through Talkdesk academy. 

Usually the process takes anywhere from 2-3 months, but it all depends on the needs of the client. In the past we’ve helped clients get a system up in running in a matter of weeks.

We can port your local and/or toll free number to our cloud phone system. The cloud contact center can work seamlessly with  Cloud Phone System, Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams, as well as any other phone systems; regardless of whether they use desk phones, softphones or mobile devices. You remain the owner of the number at all times and if you decide to switch, the number can be just easily ported elsewhere.  

No! While most clients choose to use a laptop/PC and a headset. Talkdesk also supports a range of external phones,  SIP hardphones and softphones.
