Voice. Video. Collaboration. Better on One Unified Platform.
Do you want better communication and productivity for your business all while lowering costs and increasing Mobility? A new Voice over IP (VoIP) telephone system can resolve all these issues.

Why Switch to Managed VoIP?
1
Built-In Security That Protects Sensitive Data
Telephone calls carry confidential information like credit card numbers and HR conversations. Cloud security protocols keep critical information under lock and key, which is a vital asset for businesses with increasingly digital workflows.
2
Scalability for evolving workplaces
As a cloud solution, VoIP calling can easily add or subtract phone lines, scaling to fit any growing and changing operation. As more employees adopt a hybrid work approach, their calling capabilities will remain consistent in the office, at home, or at another remote work location.
3
Reduced telephone hardware and wires
Cloud calling, which uses VoIP, requires only an internet connection and a web-enabled device. This helps to eliminate telephone hardware's and other complex hardwares.
4
Reliability
The capability to choose where your calls are forwarded, and how, means that you also don’t have to lose productivity because of local power outages or weather-related events. If the office phone can’t be answered, your mobile device or laptop can.
5
Improved Client Satisfaction
With a VoIP phone system, you can choose where your calls ring and how. For instance, you might select the first few rings to be forwarded to your office. If you don’t answer the call, it will then be transmitted to a second or third device, say, a mobile phone or laptop. Quite simply, calls don’t need to be missed anymore if they are urgent.
6
Conference Calls Made Simple
Since all calls use a converged data network instead of dedicated phone lines, creating and participating in conference calls are made much easier.

Because of the unique nature of VoIP telephone calls, emergency calls to 9-1-1 through your VoIP service will be handled differently than traditional phone service. When you make a 9-1-1 emergency call, the VoIP service will attempt to automatically route your 9-1-1 call through a third-party service provider to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”) corresponding to your address of record on your account. Due to the limitations of the VoIP telephone services, your 9-1-1 call will be routed to a different location than that which would be used for traditional 9-1-1 dialing. Your call will be answered by a third-party specialized call centre that handles emergency calls. This call centre is different from the PSAP that would answer a traditional 9-1-1 call which has automatically generated your address information, and consequently, you should be prepared to provide your name, address, and telephone number to the call centre.
No, there are no practical limitations on our business voice service. You can make as many calls, users, and phone numbers as needed. However, to prevent misuse and abuse, only one phone call can be placed per line per second. (This helps avoid those infamous robocalls.)
